The one I bought for $15 at Home Depot is a Ray-O-Vac and looks exactly like the picture in the OP

It is indeed a rayovac.it is already well abused and has survived hundreds of drops and even a couple of throws.

It should be bright if its 300 lumens, I think thats what the description said. How much was shipping?

They are pretty bright but not 300. Cree datasheets says 107 lumens. I'd guess that's for the diode and the reflector adds some. But for $6 It's a good little flashlight to keep in the car.
