2 stroke motor edjimication

Anyone have any recommendations on 2 stroke engine classes or how to learn maintenance and repair? Didn't learn anything about them growing up and want being able to fix my own crap. I've done a lot of YouTube videos etc and wasted more time than I care to only to end up paying someone almost as much to fix it as it cost to just replace it.

Use good ole petrol in your two smokers and try a few different oils as most two cycle engines will like one more than others. Ethanol fuels will cause you great frustration and un needed maintenance. I have saws, trimmers and bikes that haven’t had a fuel system issue in many years do to the fact they NEVER see ethanol fuels… YouTube will be your best friend on this subject if you already have some mechanical aptitude if not maybe a community college offers a small engine class still…???
