My Mask has never given me issues on either rifle or pistol. Ruger Charger, 2 different 10/22's, Browning Buckmark pistol, Keltec, Taurus TX22, and a Beretta Bobcat. I use either CCI standard velocity or Ely Contact. I just bought some CCI Quiet Semi-Auto and it's run just fine. The Contact cost's a little more but is very clean and accurate. Lately I have found several boxes of CCI that have rounds that the bullet is a little cocked in the brass. You can't even pull the round out of the plastic tray.

I run the Mask with no issues at all on a Bergara B14R, Ruger Mark II, FN 502, 10/22, 77/22, S&W 15/22 and a Ruger Charger. I pretty much shoot CCI Standard Velocity and Fed AutoMatch (and some Quiet/Quiet Semi Auto).

what ammo are you shooting?

Not CCI, even though I do believe I have a case of it somewhere. Pretty much every normal flavor of Remington, Winchester, Aguila, and Federal.

I run an old Dobbs Defense 22 suppressor. It's sealed, small, and very light. I only run it on my ruger american rifle and with 1050 fps ammo, it's firing pin quiet. I ran my dead air sandman on my AR22 just to see and it was also very very quiet. One of these days I'm gonna try a 9mm pistol can that disassembles on my 22 just to see, kill 2 birds with one stone. The quietest 22 suppressor on a 22 I have ever heard is the AB Little bird.

Any of yall in the NW area of the state, check out Rome Gun and Pawn. They process everything in the store (paperwork, fingerprints and photo) and were friendly and super helpful. Heard and read so many good things about em both, grabbed up an Oculus and a Mask (couldn't resist 😁). Hopefully the government turn around on stamps won't be too bad. Thanks again for all the input and info yall 🫡 🇺🇸 let the addiction begin, lol!

I have 3 Dobb’s ARC .22 cans. All of mine I can take apart . Didn’t know he made sealed .22 cans . I’ve got three of his bigger caliber cans , now they’re sealed .

I will be the "Outlier" kek, on the Dead Air Mask. My only .22 that I can run it on is my Bergara .22 bolt gun. Everything else just becomes a jamming, unreliable mess. Now I do mostly have .22LR handguns and just the one rifle. Maybe it works better on rifles over handguns?

I've never had any issues with my mask on anything I have shot mine on.

I have an old C3 defense sealed 22lr can. Solid can for 22lr
