.223 rifle suggestions

Thanks. Well probably just coyotes or jacks, doubt its aprobriate to hunt larger animals with it

I regularly hunt with a 223 or 7.62x39. If you use good ammo, you'll be fine with a 223 up to deer in GA.

Honestly I'd spend less on the rifle and more on the optic so you'll have a strong optic for low light situations. Personally I'd get the Ruger Predator and add either a Leupold VXR 2-7x or 3-9x depending on anticipated ranges. You can routinely find the VXR for around $400 or just a little more. I have a VX2, 3, and R, and the R has the better glass, plus you also have the red dot which helps with moving targets like yotes.
