22lr host and suppressor

Thoughts on cans also appreciated. I was looking at tbe Dead Air Mask 22 HD.

Or is anyone happy with a multi cal can that works well with 22lr and 9mm? Or should I go dedicated 22lr?

For 22lr I’m a stainless can fan through and through. As an SOT, I personally own 2 masks and love them. The oculus is on my short list after I grab a few more items.

Here is my p322 with Q erector 22. This is about half the size of what it could be. Also using mini-mags it’s silly quiet

I really like the Erector as well. Being able to resize it is a great feature and cleaning is a breeze.

hard to beat the 22/45 lite though, that's my go to

I’ve got about 1k down mine and never cleaned it. I think the 6 baffle configuration is definitely the sweet spot. My banish 22 is nice bc I do hunt small game with 17 hmr. However, the erector is definitely superior for shooting 22 only. Not to mention in full configuration it weighs 2.6 oz

I cleaned mine once, just to see how hard it was.

Dead simple and no bind-up due to fouling at all, but I only put a few hundred rounds through it before that. Still, that would weld a lot of 22 cans solid.

I concur. I’d like to try one of the liberty cans but really set my eyes on the griffin 22 can that’s rated for 223. Then there’s always the canooter Valve. I’ve heard it’s loud as shot on 223 but I wonder if it would make a decent 22 can.
