300 Blackout subsonic reloading questions?

Unique is a very quiet sub powder.

Just picked up some Unique yesterday, anyone know if its better used for a heavy grain or lighter bullet.

Does anybody know if the new Hornady load data book has the 300 blkout load date in it?
