.380 Glocks (25 & 28)

Are these legal to purchase? I think I understand that these are not for import, except for LE. Just curious as heard tale of one for sale...Thanks..

The ones that are rarely for sale were imported for LE but the department sold the guns/gave to the officers upon retirement and then were resold. The more common of the two is the 28.

They aren't illegal to own, ATF won't allow importation for civilian re-sale.

My understanding is that these do not score enough "points" to meet importation requirements by the B.A.T.F.E.

Unless they were made here, which again, I do not believe they are, they haven't been legal to purchase or even available to own for anyone non L.E.

Glock could answer that unequivocally...

Really no demand for them.The G25 is Bigger than a G26/27. and the G28 is the same size as G26/G27
Most peeps buy a .380 for the "Pocket factor"
The "Diamondback" .380 is very Glock like if you just like the style?
