56-50 Blackpowder Rimfire

Does anyone know anyone that reloads Blackpowder shells.I have an 1865 William Palmer Carbine coming.It's chambered in the 50-65 Spencer rimfire cartridge.When I get the firearm I'll determine if it's safe to shoot.Its in incredible condition.I know some people say why shoot a historical gun but why not that's what it was meant for.

It's not.

But it's also not terribly difficult to make from scratch
