I use lead or berrys plated.

For sub-sonic I use 124 FMJ/125 Lead Cast or 147 grain lead Cast. Georgia arms or Missouri makes lead hard enough but not too soft to prevent leading of the barrel.

Have shot them as is (Barrys plated) out of CZ spo1 and Sig 229 very nice load. but slug or check your barrel 1st

Sig and CZ run large

I use 5.0 grains of Ramshot True Blue under 147gr Hornady XTP's. They run around 980fps.
