A newer truck

Basic work trucks are closer to 40K than 30 these days, I think I read something that the average new truck price these days is 60K

Surprised it's that cheap. I paid $23.5k brand new, special ordered. Pulled out all the stops too. First time I ever did that. To replace that truck today is over $90k last I checked a couple years ago

Keep an eye on the timing chain cover (leaking) and the coolant pipe on the rear of the engine for pink coolant crust. Couple of known weak spots with them that is a bit of a pricey fix when they are out of warranty. (I've owned 2 of that generation). Otherwise fun little trucks.

Yep. Our one tons are over 100k now. My 2022 was 90k used with 11,000 miles.

I think that is just the baseline average, I did a quick search for cheapest starting price for a full size truck in 2025 and it was the Chevy Silverado $37K

Son just bought a new Ford 250 to pull his camper,$85000.00. Got all the bells & whistles but damn that's a lot of money.

I was waiting for the new 24 Tacoma to come out but when they said they were dropping the 6cly and going to the smaller engine with turbo's I went ahead and got the new 23 Tacoma Dec of 23, Glad I did. Awesome truck

Yes, very well. I was using AT-205 every other oil change decided to try this for a rear main seal leak. That was 5 oil changes ago and still no leaks
