A VERY CLOSE CALL, TO CLOSE FOR COMFORT

Lost my best friend in College growing up in Kansas when he swerved to miss a deer and flipped his truck 3 times when he ran into the ditch. My 2 sons got tired of hearing me say " Brake, don't swerve" when they were learning how to drive. They are 26 & 28 now, so hopefully it's working. Glad you missed !

A woman and an infant were killed when they hit a deer in Douglasville a few years back, less than 2 miles from my house.

About 10 years ago my brother totalled his Chevy 1500 when he hit a deer about a mile from the house. No injuries to him, thankfully.

Insurance companies LOVE deer hunters.
