Was next to a guy using this at the range a while back, it smelled like Ben-Gay 3 lanes down but he said it was great stuff.

The paste version is great. It's got the consistency of butter or cosmoline. It liquefies as soon as it gets the slightest bit warm. It works best if you rub it into hot metal (hair dryer works fine.)

One of the coolest things about FrogLube, is how much easier it makes subsequent cleanings after the first application.

I actually used a heat gun as recommended by FL during my initial application of the paste. Not sure why, but after shooting it, it was a sticky mess after sitting up for a week.

Yeah, the stuff is great. I was introduced to it by a range warden a couple years ago when I was having an issue and needed some lube. It's not cheap, but the benefits and lack of the typical obnoxious smell make it well worth it. The grease version is great as well.
