I was in there a few weeks ago while waiting on Glock to do some work and it was much friendlier than I had recalled. It was right before Christmas and they were really busy but every person behind the counter was quick to be helpful.

I guess I have been lucky as well . been their maybe 6 times in the last 2 years and never had issues
