Hey Gents, I'm looking for advice on a shoulder holster for my 1911 that won't interfere with my bow draw.
This is my first year bow hunting, I've carried a sidearm hunting for a few years. I'm mostly a meat hunter and have killed a couple does under my stand with it and I like having that option, but mostly I've had bad experiences with poachers/felons that I'd really rather have something I'm comfortable with in a situation with me, especially hunting without a longarm. I have a crappy vertical holster I bought at a hadji shop in Afghanistan that I've used til now but it hangs funny and has a lot of movement when moving. I like shoulder sitting in a stand rather than hip (which I have plenty of) as it requires less movement to get to and am looking to upgrade. Appreciate some advice if anyone has experience.
