Elcan: FWIW They weigh 22oz, not 24 like everyone still quotes. 660gram ones were 2015 and earlier models. 2016 and on Gen3 are 620grams 22oz. They cut the weight and reduced the width of the optic size by optimizing to illuminator/switch.

What mounts do this take? Aimpoint PRO mounts? I guess its going to replace the PRO?

I'm not sure what kind of mounts it takes. Hopefully LaRue has a mount solution for it, as I like their mounts the most.

Yeah, not only is it a snail, it's my prized snail. Thing was like $200 at an antique shop in north Georgia. I would of paid 400 for it. Thing is amazing. Way better than any of the Aimpoints.
