The gun was manufacturered. Then it was fired. Then it was sold to a distributor. Then it was bought by a dealer. Then sold to an individual.

So, it hasn't really been new since it came out of the manufacturing plant. Do you fuss about that?

Totally disagree. Used here is usually worn with idiot marks. Like new is barely used with no visible holster wear and no idiot marks.

The guys that buy stolen guns don't give a rats ass what you tell them, They still buy them. Oh I guess you could say this gun did 3 bank jobs or this one has 168 rounds down the pipe from a shoot out. Or this one is dead on that why it has 7 notches in the stock.
