i guess it got just enough force from gasses out of the firing pin hole to stick in his face. I'm really worried this kinda stuff is going to be common with facilities throwing inventory out the door

Do people really overload their powder, more than say a book recommends.. honest question

People accidentally over load their powder. It's not hard to double load a case if your doing something else while loading and not paying attention.

Yes, it’s common. The book max can and does change. Certain guns can take a charge way over book max.
