Exactly. If the number isn't programmed into my iPhone...they get the VM, which is also generic.

When I'm negotiating a deal I only use PM's. Otherwise it really depends on who it is as to my preference of a phone call or text.

I hate talking on the phone. I will get over it for certain family members- like Dad in Texas. But in general, I'd rather just hear what I need to and give the info you need. Please don't start off by asking me how my day was (or why I sound slightly pissed off when I answer- at least I answered your call).

For doing a deal here I'd rather use PM's till time to meet up, then I'll talk on the phone to set up the final details. Other than that I hate using a phone for anything, talking, texts or whatever. I hate em'. I vote tacos.

If I can not hear a persons voice odds of me meeting them are real slim to do a deal.

I prefer the phone but don't mind PMs on the site ... texting is for teen girls. (Just ask my daughters)
