That'll just about do it. With a set of Dumbbells you can go very far with just those exercisesI'm old school, I do push ups, pull ups, sit ups, squats, treadmill and heavy bag. My appetite is my biggest enemy

4 miles is not very far.This sounds like something I should do......but probably won't. LOL. I went mountain biking with my 12 year old this weekend, by the time we got 2 miles I knew I was in trouble, by 4 miles I WAS in trouble. I'm way too fat for this exercise thing.
