House phone and cell ring for the same call, if I don't recognize the number I usually let the answering service catch it. My message on the service? If you want me leave a message and I'll call you back; No message and I will block your number. Sorry, having a land line is handy where I live ..but it's a pain in the a##s sometimes. I had Kroger fuel points disappear a couple of times, turns out thieves use the phone book to punch in your number at the pumps. Last name starts with an A so I was first up.
