Any electricians or do it yourself experts on here?

Best to get an electrician. I'm a builder/remodeler but when it comes to 440 volts I leave it to a pro.

440? Im gonna say he aint got 440 outlets around his house.

For instant results you could get you a GOOD extension cord and steal the washing machine receptacle for a few hours. I think they normally are 20-30 amp breakers and should be dedicated if in a modern home.

And i always try to throw a GFCI plug in the mix just to be extra safe.
 
If it's flat out tripping breakers you may have a more serious issue. Even if it's not on a "Dedicated" circuit, unless whatever you have is drawing a serious load, I don't see why it would kick the breaker. Look on the box and find out how many watts it consumes or how many amps it runs. Also, what's the operating voltage listed?
