Any good mash recipes?

Simple corn mash
For every ONE GALLON of water you use, you will need
1.4 Ibs of Sugar
1.4 Ibs of Cracked Corn
Yeast

Did something like this but added vanilla beans (like off the hispanic food aisle) and brown sugar with lemon juice. Came out kind of wonky. Like someone made Dr. Pepper flavored absolut.

I've watched several YouTube videos on pressure cooker distilling. The best one I recall is a mash recipe they works off in an Igloo cooler. It's basically equal parts corn meal, sugar and water along with a packet or two of yeast. After it stops bubbling in the cooler you set up your stove top right and run it.

If you wanted to get fancy secure a piece of pvc with a big balloon to the top. The day that balloon stops filling it's kitchen time!
