Yes and OMG
I've got a 2015 Panamera Hybrid S. The thing is amazing in the mountains and racetrack. (yes, I have had it on both). If I were to do it again I wouldn't get a hybrid but the GTS trim but that was another $50k
A friend in college had a mid/late 80s (I think it was an 86, it was new at the time) 911 turbo and we did 165 on River Road in Baton Rouge. It's a REALLY bad pot hole filled curvy road. If I had to pick the top 3 times in my life I felt closest to death, that would be in there. God protects fools.... (sometimes). My friend died not long after, in his first ever formal motorcycle race. After getting up to 169 mph on the autobahn in a base Panamera I'm sold on Porsche being amazing. Way out of my price range however.

993/964's are pricey these days, true for just about any other models for the 25-35k mark though.Huh? A non turbo 911 with around 100K miles should run you $25-$35 depending on service records. Links to the overprice non turbo cars you found? No way they are just plain 911's...
You're being modest. After getting up to 169 mph on the autobahn in a base Panamera I'm sold on Porsche being amazing. Way out of my price range however.

Ha! You can get those for dirt cheap. Just save enough money to replace the ISB/IMS bearing that will probably fail on you...If we pool our money we could buy a 15 year old Boxster?
