Anybody on ODT do Micro Drilling?

Buddy of mine needs some micro drilling done on some aluminum.

Also called precision drilling.

I do "Micro drilling". My wife is OK with it, but I'm not sure I could service aluminum.

How small are we talking ? I have a friend with a laser cutter and a water jet. In addition he has a couple of presses and can make all sorts of holes

Friend of mine was a dentist. He measures in microns.
