Anyone Else Hate Ratchet Straps?

I saw a 30 year old grown man and his "baby mama" stuck on the side of i75 because he didn't know how to change a flat tire... I stopped & helped. He was literally watching a YouTube video on how to use a F'ING JACK!!!!! so, I changed the tire for them and told her she needed to "upgrade" her taste 😂 😂 😂 she legitimately said to me, "I've been thinking that for a while now" 😂 😂 😂 I almost died laughing in HIS face.. I saw his soul die a little inside.. kinda hurt my feelings but the truth hurts sometimes

I blame his Father for not teaching him

I totally missed where everyone before me in this thread was saying ratchet strap lol. True story. I guessed when I said ratchet oblivious to it being in the thread. Tis my life.


Also I was drummer for 25 years so I heard the term strap locks many times but my brain didn’t relate it to guitars. Hey ratchet straps are still strap locks! They strap, and they lock! Ha!
