Got a Bergara 6.5 cm i call BIG BUDDY after my GRANSON.

Had an older brother who did, made his wife call them that also. I thought he was nuts until he explained it. Lived in a bad neighborhood (real bad) when someone came to the door he wasn't sure about he would call to his wife that someone was calling for Frank, John what ever and she could grab the gun that met that name. He had a gang latterly come after him and his house once, about 80 total. He produced a mini-14 from behind a column, his son brought out a Thompson with drum mags and from a second story his wife drew down with a laser pointed double 12. Laser on the leader. Gang scattered and called the police, his old Captain showed up with a number of squad cars and fun was had by all.

I don't name anything I own--not my cars, motorcycles, guns, tools, or anything else. I do have names for my cats, but I don't really "own" them. People who have cats know what I'm talking about...
