I was wondering if anyone here could answer a few general questions for me about commercial construction or roof types. Usually someone here that knows how to build, alter, customize, or break most things on this forum.

What are your questions? I’m getting an roof over project started soon going with a fleece back TPO roof over a Modified Bitumen roof and installing new pipe portals. PM several TPO and Modified roofs including repairs around Atlanta.
