Code "DUT" gets you $5 dollar shipping on orders over $125, even if orders are split, due to backordered items. I've used several times in the last 6 months.

Don't think so. Midway has not had any coupons since the madness started. Brownells just has the shipping promo. With people going full retard for even above-retail prices, they don't need to discount.
