Anyone have a run & gun schedule?

I signed up for the Gun Run in April. As Sean said, all the rockcastle stuff is done. The owners sold the property. At least we got to experience it for the last time.

I’m definitely planning on the match in May if it works out. After that, I have no idea if I’ll get to do anything else this year. My park should open in June hopefully.

was it you that posted about good weight vest to train with? Mine is getting worn out and want to get one recommend by someone that actually used the vest and not some b.s. review.

I bought one that’s 20lbs. Same one Burdy recommended. But with my back issues, it’s just a bad idea. You can have mine if you want it.

Thegunrun crew who runs the ellerbe nc event posted a June 13th event at Clinton House Plantation, clinton SC.

As far as I can tell, yes, Rockcastle is pretty much kaput. A bat conservation group bought most of the land.

Let me know when you see the Clinton event open for registration.

June 13th weekend is busy. Tactical Games at South River and a KD Appleseed at Talladega are also scheduled then. I want to do it all.

Doubtful, but well see. Achillies are coming along good so far. Back up to 15 min of running and doing eccentric raises with 12 lb vest now. Next month, 20 lb, then hopefully in the clear.
