Nope, Illbe calling them tomorrow though!!. But if I can pick up one with the broken pin, well the pin in mine is good so Icould have a spare!!
Every die manufacture that I have ever dealt with, back their products 100%. A phone call may save you some coin.
Yes, they are willing to back thier product. It is the manner in which they are wanting to do it that I disagree with. So I just refuse to deal with them anymore.

what did they want ? .....you to ship broke part an pay shipping.....then if they approve they ship new part on your dime in return ???
I am just about to start reloading again and have to clean up all my dies and sets because they have set there and got dusty and minor rust on them, do you know a trick to clean them?
You are EXACTLY right. I finally told them just never mind Id go out and buy RCBS set of dies.
