‘Dangerously defective’ pistol fires even if you don’t touch the trigger, lawsuit says

This has been talked about for years. My EDC is a P320. Always carry with one in the chamber. I've dropped it while it's in its holster. I've fallen multiple times while wearing it (I'm a klutz). Never had a problem.
I never owned or shot a Sig....
You can check your serial number on sigs site. If it is on the list they supposedly upgrade you at no charge.
So this has / is happening?
Isn’t this about the old thick triggers? That had been corrected I believed
I heard one guy I traded with say he had a friend put the gun down in the bathroom and it fired on its own. Blew up a sink in a restaurant bathroom.
