anyone know where to get kitchen knives sharpened?

The Blade Smith at 3731 Northcrest Road Suite 1. They sharpen knives for restaurants in Atlanta. On Mondays individuals can take knives to them for sharpening.

I have a Wicked Edge, practiced on some cheaper knives. I now use it on the expensive knives with great results.

Seriously, it is not a lost art! Get on you tube, watch several videos, invest in some files and stones or maybe one of those automatic sharpener.

These are about 10 dollars at Wally world and they don't scratch the edge of your blade to keep them looking good. I keep one in my truck and also have another one at my house and it keeps all my knives razor sharp and only takes a few minutes to sharpen them.
