Anyone need a little companion dog?

This little female followed our dog home (on a walk) and was thin and shy. We've had her two days here now and she's sleeping under the carport in an older pet bed and I've been feeding her. She is a little thin, has been in a fight lately and she needs to see a vet I suppose. She's warmed up to us quickly and is very sweet, but like I said, shy. Older female that has obviously had a litter of pups in the past. She even allowed us to put a warm coat on her this morning when it was chilly.

I'll keep the post updated as I gain more trust and hopefully I can get her to my vet for shots and a checkup. I don't need two dogs and mine has been good about the 'new girl' so far.

Well.....I was terrified at first, the way she slinked up to me with her tail between her legs and her head down (I've heard that's a sure sign they are about to jump and tear your throat out) but my Glock jammed and I'm glad it did as I realized she just wanted to be petted.

Just keep her. She ended up with you because she was meant to find you. You know she's already grown on you and the family.
