She said her daughter was repeatedly molested by Blackshear when she was between the ages of 8 and 11.

Mathis said Blackshear, 61, was supposed to serve a 3-year sentence, which she said would have ended next month.


I don't get it!! For 3yrs this scumbag repeatedly assaulted this little girl and ruined her emotionally for the rest of her life and his punishment is a lousy 3yr sentence?


He gets out so we can read about him doing it again to someone else. The laws in GA need to be changed!
