You'd have a real hard time trying to build it for less than that! Even comes with a nickel boron carrier...

I've seen a couple of those, but PSA doesn't seem to show the prices on items that are out of stock. I guess I'll just have to look more often.I have one of these and it might be my most accurate rifle.
OP-you should check Palmetto State's "blemished" stuff. It comes up from time to time, just check their site often. They are usually a real good buy when you consider everything.
