They won the bid @ $287 per gun if I remember correctly. I like both. Own more Glocks than Sigs but I have to say I’ve never regretted buying a Glock. I would agree with Shep as not abiding by the mandate in the design. Had to be a modular system with optic & frame options (size was one).

Yep. The rain from the typhoon soaked into the volcanic ash and made it heavy. Roofs were collapsing from it.

Oh, I forgot to ask........what was "jacked up" about the M9?

Didn’t see a reply to this but I will throw out there I didn’t like the exposed barrel because it could get crud buildup during extensive use. I also thought it should have been decocker only, no safety. Wouldn’t call it “jacked up” but I didn’t like them much.
