ATF Form 1 (Brace, Tax Exempt)

People applying for a stamp for a braced pistol added to all the people who have complied with ATF rules concerning suppressors, SBR, and SBS just adds to the ATFs precedent that since so many people complied that registering a firearm is not an infringement on the 2nd. Their argument will be if it was ok here, here, and here why is it not ok here?( "assault rifles")

This^^^. Sounds just like how the gov’t thinks
 
Mine has been approved but I did find this interesting. Basically if you submitted in the window, you can maintain your brace as long as you have proof.

. While your application is pending, you should maintain proof of submission as evidence of continued lawful possession."
Is that submission definition #1 or #2?
