Another thing to consider, is your choke. You don't want to shoot TSS out of a traditional turkey choke that has very tight constriction because the pattern has a tendency to blow out. That wouldnt explain why your last shot rolled out of the barrel but it might explain the others.

Good idea to experiment with a few different chokes and different weight loads. You might end up with a better pattern by stepping down from 3.5” to 3”, or from 3” to 2&3/4”.
Tungsten shot (7, 8, 9, etc) is a good bit higher on the pellet count per ounce, so you can shoot a lighter load that has more pellets per ounce than lead shot.
