So I am BBQ a lot of different meats.... I am now ready to start creating my own BBQ Sauce.... Please share your BBQ sauce recipes.....

Yeah, I have never been able to make a sauce that even holds a candle to a bottle of Montgomery Inn - from Kroger.

How basic do you want to get with the ingredients? I've cooked sauces and made cold vinegar sauces (for pulled pork) for a long time. It's cheaper and less trouble by far to use a commercial sauce if you are looking for something to glaze ribs with.

I do like a few commercial sauces.... just looking to get into something new.... simple is good... I need to start some where... Thanks

LOL.... I agree except when I what to sauce it. Ribs I like both dry rub and BBQ... The same with pork and chicken....

Real good BBQ is in the meat, rub, and smoke. Some places rely on the sauce for flavor which scores a "0" in my book.
