BBQ Sauce

Sweeter sauce: Ketchup, brown sugar, ginger, onion and garlic powder, black pepper, Cider vinegar, salt
Vinegar based: White vinegar, sugar, chili pepper flakes, black pepper, little bit of ketchup and mustard
Asian Style: Ketchup, soy sauce, honey, rice wine vinegar, ginger, scallions, garlic

Hard to beat that vinegar sauce. I heat it up in a pot and use White vinegar, brown sugar, a little salt, black pepper and the chili flakes. Never tried the mustard and ketchup - I'll give that a shot.

Real good BBQ is in the meat, rub, and smoke. Some places rely on the sauce for flavor which scores a "0" in my book.
