Bcg ?

Not sure if this is the right area I can’t find the general discussion what’s the reason for the current trend that people are selling rifles without the bolt carrier group…

Factory gun, would always sell w/original BCG if applicable. Problem is, not really a problem, but a lot of guys tinker with their **** a lot and try different things like using different BCG's .. to each, their own, so I imagine that's why. For me, I have a tackle box with tons of AR parts, including a couple factory BCG's because I changed them out ... for example, using a Gemtech suppressed BC which is awesome btw if you shoot suppressed, but leads to extra parts lying around. Hope this helps.

often when I see this it’s the colt fanboys wanting to hold on to that 136 dollar microbest all on account of it having that special “C” Stamp so it’s now a $250 bcg LOL

I haven't seen a complete rifle without bcg, but plenty of uppers.
