Best Way to Freeze Bacon?

Picked up 20 pounds of bacon and i am wondering the best way to freeze it if possible? I have read you can freeze it then i have read its not good for it.

Anyone did this? Any idea approx. how long it can be frozen before things go bad or the taste declines?

wrapped it good and zip lok. the vacumn seal would be the way to go.

If you want quick access cook it all and freeze it in ziplocks. If you haven't tried bakeing it it's much easier and less messy. Look on Utube for how to.

I grill mine outside on my George Foreskin grill. Does a great job.

I'm guessing it wasn't sold in shrink wrapped packages. I would think if it was you should be able to freeze it in those no problem

Vaccum pack and freeze.
Or use thick plastic freezer zip lock bags.
Break up in single use size (to cook at one time).
