Best Way to Freeze Bacon?

When Kroger runs Wrights on sale, I buy 5 packs and freeze what I don't need. Narry any problems. If yours is loose packaged, just get some heavy duty freezer bags and draw out as much air as you can, like with a straw. Should last at least 3-4 months without a problem.

Thx all for the help.Mine are 1lb individual sealed Smithfield brand bacon and i was concerned about freezing it.

I grill mine outside on my George Foreskin grill. Does a great job.

Bacon will go rancid in the freezer unless you vacuum seal it.

About 6 months tops.

Wife freezes alot of ours and haven’t had an issue but we usually eat it fairly soon. Few months have been fine
