Bill of sale?

A suspiciously low price would be powerful evidence, too.
That could overcome the Bill of Sale evidence, sure.
So what? When was the last time you saw somebody so ridiculously underpriced here at ODT?
Have you seen any newish Glocks for $200?
Colt 1911's for $300?
S&W 29 eight-inch for $100, must pay cash, seller wears sunglasses and bandanna over his face for a behind-the-Waffle-House-Dumpster meeting at 11 p.m. ?

Meet me at Walmart in Forsyth. Waffle House has banned guns on their property.:D

I have little to no problem with a BOS, although I do not require one myself. It's usually asked of me by new buyers (buyers of second hand guns) for some reason. I've never had an experienced 'trader' ask me for one.

Nonetheless I doubt that it will keep you out of trouble for receiving stolen property if you are found to be in possession of it.
