Wyoming has been one of the growing number of constitutional carry states if not a prohibited person.

But of course the leftist tactic is to ban every where one can legally carry and allow municipal authorities to create a patchwork of unconstitutional laws-restrictions.

So Wyoming moves closer to school carry and public meetings...
