Are stippled 40 cal Glocks considered collectible?

Hard to say without checking the docs. Is the box still in good shape?

If you planning on selling it down the road,I would keep it.i use to get out of truck and stop by trash can and throw everything away before I went in house except pistol and mags,but in today’s world it’s important to some buyers he’ll i got several I’ve never taken out of box or shot.

FNG's, Oh ye of little knowledge, it means if it has box and docs, its not stolen, thieves get only the gun, if its in a box, they toss the box, street value isn't improved by a bulky hard to hide in yer pants box. Bazinga

I'd say a Gen 1, with serial # ending in 0001 and may have been a Navy Seal issue Pistol just could be "collectible"
