I got some hashbrown patties and bacon from the local butcher shop. I fried the bacon, fried some eggs in the bacon grease, baked the hashbrowns...then I crisped them up in the bacon grease. A little cheese to make a hashbrown sandwich, oh man...

I didn't do all the hashbrowns in the bacon grease but I'm gonna put the heat back on and get at it! That local link sausage was really good too and I'm not usually a big fan of that.

Mighty fine grub! I just got finished cutting up the two bonein Rib Roast from Publix..I let them age in the frig for awhile..I kept 4 of the ribs out to deep fry this weekend and see how it turns out..
That's funny timing bc I saved a TikTok i saw yesterday where the guy was deep frying a small bone in rib roast and I decided I HAVE to try that!
I look forward to your post!! I'm going to deep Fry and then coat with Q sauce and into the oven at 350 for 20min.
Man I love a good fried pork chop!
