Britain named most violent country in the European Union

How is Great Britain doing economically? Is there high unemployment, etc.? Gangs?

I wonder what violent crime in Australia looks like 'cause they kinda did the same thing as Great Britain...

“In the UK, there are 2,034 offences per 100,000 people, way ahead of second-placed Austria with a rate of 1,677.

The U.S. has a violence rate of 466 crimes per 100,000 residents, Canada 935, Australia 92 and South Africa 1,609.”

How is this possible? I mean they banned the big bad scary guns. Oh that's right they didn't ban tee bignbad scary individuals who actually commit the crimes.

Too much idle time. If you are convicted of a crime against someone else and you don't have a full time job, then send them to a work camp where they labor 12 hrs/day 6 days a week, then rest/worship on Sunday. If they are healthy and can't fulfill their work sentence, then they don't belong in a free society and need to go somewhere else.
