Too much for the current condition IMHO but I might go back and haggle. I know it's just a Mosin but I have personally never seen a Westinghouse one in person.

Is that black paint on the barrel band? That's enough to make me cry. I cringe to thing what they did to the sling estucheons under that paint.

The arshins being marked out on the left side of the sight base is a pretty good indication that the Finns got their hands on it. Were meters stamped on the right side?

A nice shooter that has escaped bubba for 300-350. If you find one with all westinghouse parts and matching numbers, you can get double or more. Finn captures bring a little less, no import marks (never left the USA) ....big bucks

That was Bubba's alligator rifle! I was waiting for a price but never saw one. I have restored some bad T-53's, this one would be a challenge with the rust, stock looks do-able.
