Building first AR15

You buy an assembled upper from PSA, regardless of which one of their lines it’s from, you damn sure better disassemble and reassemble.

PSA has lines of parts that are better in quality then other lines, but the same dudes are doing the assembly.

I actually know you're wrong.

They have their best people on the Sabres line with their best parts. Now, would those people be able to work for FN or DD, IDK. lol

“The best people at PSA” is like saying “I own the fastest car on my street”. Just cuz they have their “best” on the line assembling, doesn’t mean that it is done any better than their cheaper line.

I’ve had a more than a few Sabre line factory-assembled uppers, lowers, and complete rifles come across my bench for work. What I’ve seen ain’t any different from the same ol’ **** assembly techniques I’ve seen from PSA for the last 5 years.

Now they have the even newer and improved-er Guardsman line………..

I'm with you there.

You were still wrong though, it's not the same dudes. Lol.

Thanks Dan. This is just something I want to try out. I have heard others swear by their accuracy and quality. I just don't want to spend Aero money on a first build.
Aero money…!?!?!? Aero is cheep shyte and I have one… I was just saying if you wanna be cheap it’s hard to beat A RRA (in my experience)

Never owned an AR and it’s time to build one. Take me to school on good parts that won’t break the bank, good middle of the road parts. Would like to build a good shooting mid range 100-250yard rifle. Nothing benchrest heavy but mid weight I guess. Tell me what you suggest ODT gurus!
Sure if it was me, I would buy a complete one already made. I think they were like 349 a couple of weeks ago.

Semantics. Depends on how you look at it. The dudes working the line assembling the Sabre rifles are the same folks that were previously assembling the rest of the PSA AR stuffs. So they moved from one assembly line to another…….same dudes.

It's work stations not assembly lines.
